These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Pixie, a Discord bot ("the Bot", "the Service", "we", "us", or "our"). By adding the Bot to a server, or by interacting with it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Bot. These Terms work alongside our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.
You must be at least the minimum age required to use Discord in your country (and no younger than 13) to use the Bot, in accordance with Discord's Terms of Service. By using the Bot, you represent that you meet this requirement.
The Bot provides Discord server features that may include moderation (including warnings, jail, and anti-nuke protection); word, spam, mention-spam, scam, and child-safety filtering; leveling and activity rewards (chat and voice XP); welcome and new-member greetings; autoroles and reaction roles; auto-responders and auto-reactions; activity-based roles; support tickets; giveaways; a starboard; join-to-create voice channels (including per-member allow/deny controls); custom booster roles and booster shoutouts; anonymous-style confessions; member reports; configurable permissions; logging; AFK statuses; message sniping; image and gif tools (such as captioning and quote images); an AI chat command and image-description tool; voice message transcription; optical character recognition (OCR) and background-removal tools for images; and fun and social commands, along with related configuration tools. The AI chat, image-description, transcription, OCR, and background-removal features send the relevant input (text, image, or audio) to AI models we operate ourselves for processing, as described in our Privacy Policy. Most features are optional and enabled or configured at the discretion of each server's administrators. A smaller number of features are instead only active in specific server(s), rather than being a toggle available to every server: a quest system, currently in beta and limited to specific server(s) (this may expand over time); and an automated weekly server-activity newsletter/digest, currently an invite-only beta that a server owner must separately request and be manually added to by the Bot's developer. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

We may restrict or revoke your access to the Bot at any time if you violate these Terms.
Administrators and moderators who configure the Bot are responsible for how its features are used within their server, including moderation actions, filters, logging, and any automated behavior they enable. We are not responsible for actions taken by server staff through the Bot, nor for the content that members post in servers where the Bot is present.
The Bot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Bot will be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost. We may suspend, limit, or discontinue the Bot, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Bot is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You use the Bot at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Bot. The Bot is offered free of charge, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Bot shall not exceed the amount you paid to use it, which is zero.
Your use of the Bot is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data the Bot stores and how it is handled. By using the Bot, you consent to the data practices described there.
You may stop using the Bot at any time by removing it from your server. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Bot at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violations of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as Sections 6 and 7) will continue to apply.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Bot after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
