Welcome Leaderboard

An opt-in leaderboard tracking who welcomes the most new members - by @mention, saying "welcome," or replying to the welcome announcement.

Also /welcomelb enable//welcomelb disable, alias $wlb. Off by default - tracking only starts counting from the moment it's enabled, not retroactively. Disabling keeps existing totals in case you turn it back on later.

Also $wlb, /welcomelb view. Top 10 members by lifetime welcome credits.

How a welcome gets counted

Three ways to earn a credit for greeting a new member, each within its own time window after they join:

Action	Window
@mention them	within 10 minutes of their join
Just say "welcome" anywhere in a message	credits whoever's newest pending joiner is, within 6 minutes of their join
Reply to the server's welcome announcement for them	within 10 minutes of that announcement being posted

Each welcome only counts once per welcomer per new member - repeating any of the above for the same person doesn't add more credits.
