Overlays a flag onto a member's avatar - leave the member blank and attach an image instead to use that.

Also $uwulock//uwuify, $britify//britishify. Every message the member sends going forward gets deleted and reposted via webhook (mimicking their name/avatar) in the uwuified/britishified form - running the same command again toggles it back off. $uwuify list shows everyone currently uwuified with a clear-all option. A member can't be both at once - uwuify someone who's britishified (or vice versa) and it'll tell you to undo the other one first.
